Stan Maki and Malcolm Thomson have operated an independent real estate business under the name Kootuk Realty Ltd. from an office in Eckville for the past 15 years. In order to streamline paper work and to give us more time to service our clients we opted to transfer our real estate licences to Coldwell Banker Ontrack Realty in Red Deer.

We will still operate out of the same office with the same phone numbers, but you’ll note that the yellow & black sign will be gone. All brokerage services will be handled out of Red Deer office. We will still be able to provide you with unlimited access to all properties listed through the MLS system in Alberta.

With our years of experience and extensive knowledge of the area from Red Deer to Rocky Mountain House and beyond we can quickly assist you with all your real estate needs.
